Women4Cyber NL is a community for cybersecurity that supports diversity and inclusion to foster an inspiring and inclusive cybersecurity industry where everyone can thrive.
It is a non-profit organisation, relying solely on sponsor contributions and partner memberships.We aim to create a diverse and secure cybersecurity world accessible to all by:
1. Enhancing the presence of women in the cybersecurity job market
2. Promoting workplace environment where women and others can be their authentic selves
3. Increasing awareness of the current hurdles that stand in the way of equitable cybersecurity opportunties
4. Inspiring women to grow their career in cybersecurity
5. Helping women gain access to relevant education and skill development

Everyone who is supporter of our mission can join us! By joining Women4Cyber The Netherlands as a Member, you can help close the current cybersecurity professionals gap, extend your network and get involved with several initiatives.

What types of events and activities does Women4Cyber Netherlands organize?
Women4Cyber Netherlands supports women through a variety of initiatives aimed at both skill development and community building. We help members learn new technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments. On the social side, we host networking events and informal gatherings to foster connections within the cybersecurity community. Additionally, we participate in the Women4Cyber Foundation’s Yearly Congress (2024), which welcomes professionals from all over Europe. This formal event features keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, offering a chance to engage with the broader European cybersecurity community and enhance both professional skills and visibility.

Women4Cyber Netherlands offers comprehensive support for women looking to grow their careers in cybersecurity. We organize events focused on developing technical and professional skills, and we collaborate with companies actively seeking to hire women in the field. Additionally, we provide a mentorship program that connects experienced professionals with those just starting or looking to advance. Our networking events create valuable opportunities for members to meet industry leaders and peers, helping to build relationships that can lead to career growth and new opportunities.
Are there mentorship or networking opportunities available through Women4Cyber Netherlands?
Yes, we currently offer mentorship opportunities through the European Women4Cyber Mentorship Program, and we are excited to soon launch our own Dutch mentorship program. In addition, we organize regular networking events, which are great opportunities to connect with other professionals in the field.
